Frequently asked questions
How do I follow a website with a share link?
In Umami, open the website settings and enable the share URL. In the app: accounts button (top left) › Add an account › “Share link” tab, then paste the link. The website is read-only: you can neither edit it nor see its tracking code.
How do I add the widgets?
Touch and hold the Home Screen › Edit › Add widget › “Umami”. Choose “Website” or “Websites”. Touch and hold the widget › Edit widget to pick the website and the period. With no setting, the widget shows your pinned websites.
How do I use Siri?
Say “How many visitors on <website> in Umami”. The shortcuts also appear in the Shortcuts app. After installing, Siri can take a few minutes to learn the phrases.
Where did the accounts and settings go?
Tap the button at the top left of the website list, or swipe in from the left edge of the screen. The panel shows your accounts, and “Settings” is at the bottom.
